Recently, North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) had the pleasure of working with a postdoctoral research associate from India. Our client, who has a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, approached us when he wanted to file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition. Although our client had very strong credentials, he needed our help to refine his presentation and present a convincing case to the USCIS. The petition we prepared for our client contained carefully worded summaries of his research, his experience serving as a peer reviewer for six scientific journals, and his impressive citation record, which at the time of filing, stood at over 150 total citations.
