In this case, the client that we had the opportunity to work with was a postdoctoral associate from China in the field of clinical chemistry. Our client’s specialized research has focused on cardiovascular diagnostics, gene characterization, and pharmacogenesis. His work had resulted in 10 peer-reviewed scientific articles and numerous presentations at national and international conferences; at the time that his case was filed, his publications had been cited at least 81 times by independent and leading researchers from prestigious institutions and organizations around the world, indicating the major significance of his work. He had also reviewed 45 manuscripts for at least 3 distinctive, internationally-circulated journals and conferences.
