Client’s Testimonial:
“Thank you very much.”

On May 30th, 2018, we received another EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) approval for a Doctoral Student in the Field of Mathematical Optimization (Approval Notice).

General Field: Mathematical Optimization
Position at the Time of Case Filing: Doctoral Student
Country of Origin: Iran
State of Residence at the Time of Filing: Iowa
Approval Notice Date: May 30th, 2018
Processing Time: 15 months, 9 days

Case Summary:
With an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics, there is no denying that our client possessed the practical and theoretical knowledge to qualify for EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver). After meticulously reviewing his credentials, we determined that we could build a customized case and help him obtain the national interest waiver.
As part of our comprehensive services, we helped our client select recommenders who could advocate for the approval of his petition. Not long after we had narrowed down the candidates, our client returned with six signed letters, all of which strongly called for him to receive the national interest waiver.  These letters also contained detailed summaries of his research projects on the development and implementation of innovative optimization algorithms that allow users to solve major problems related to data processing and storage. According to one of our client’s recommenders: “[Client’s] work is directly impacting many industries within the field…” Another recommender noted that our client “has earned resounding acclaim for his excellent research.”
Alongside these recommendation letters stood information pertaining to our client’s accomplishments in the field. For instance, we listed the 48 times his 2 published papers were cited by dependent and independent researchers. Further, we emphasized the various ways our client’s research has had an immediate and far-reaching impact on the field of mathematical optimization.
Although our client had a solid NIW case, the USCIS issued a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), to which we promptly responded. We successfully dealt with all hesitations about our client’s qualifications, and we are glad to list his case among our 10,000 success stories. We congratulate our client for securing NIW petition approval, and we wish him the best as he continues to conduct impactful research in the field of mathematical optimization.
