Case Summary:
A physician from India recently hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him obtain a green card. His extensive background in both clinical and academic areas of medicine made him a suitable candidate for EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability).
North America Immigration Law Group took great care to explain our client’s research projects and prove to the USCIS that his work is important to the health and well-being of Americans. Considering that chronic liver disease and cardiovascular disease afflict a large portion of the United States population, we demonstrated the significance of our client’s research on improving methods to treat these diseases.
Additionally, six experts in the field of medicine contributed recommendation letters in support of our client’s EB-1A petition. One of these specialists wrote, “In my professional and expert opinion, few, if any, internists working today possess the medical prowess and technical knowledge to prevent and treat heart disease with the high-level of impact that [Client’s] work has. With [Client] continuing his work in the United States, the nation is using the best available personnel to continue battling heart disease and reduce the economic impact and mortality rates associated with this devastating affliction.” These recommendation letters, along with information on our client’s publication and citation record, significantly strengthened our client’s EB-1A case.
Although our client had a strong case, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE), to which we rapidly responded. We successfully dealt with all hesitations about our client’s credentials and qualifications, and we are happy to list his case among our many success stories.
