Case Summary:
For this case we were offered the chance to work with a research associate from India whose research involved improving the use of Mass Spectrometry for analyzing membrane proteins; insight into g-proteins coupled receptor proteins; and a more detailed understanding of the mechanism of protease for developing better therapeutic methods for the treatment of many diseases. His original findings, which he had published in 9 peer-reviewed journal articles, numerous presentations at conferences both national and international, and 1 book chapter, had received at least 75 citations by the time of case filing, indicating their major significance and wide influence on the field. Additionally, he had been asked to review at least 35 manuscripts for 7 or more distinctive, internationally-circulated journals. An independent recommender offered this comment on our client’s rare and superior level of expertise: “[Client] has clearly shown that he is an investigator of great proficiency in his field of biochemistry. His important work has global implications, especially for the development of effective serine protease drug treatments. There are certainly many research groups worldwide that rely on the expertise of researchers cross-trained in biochemistry and biology of proteases, and since such researchers are rare, [Client] is in high demand internationally.” It was our goal to prove that our client qualified for classification as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability given that he sought to remain in the United States to continue work in the area of extraordinary ability, and that his continued research would substantially and prospectively benefit the United States. With the proof and documentation that we provided, his case was approved in twelve days.

*The number of approval notice for EB1B cases is under-estimated of the total EB1B cases we successfully petitioned because many EB1B employer petitioners did not submit G-28 and we are not the attorney on the record.
*In 2014, our approval rate is 98.81% for all NIW cases and 99.75% for "Approval or Refund®" (money back guarantee) NIW cases.
