On December 23rd, 2014 We Received EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) Approval (Approval Notice) for a Client Seeking Employment in the Field of Biotechnology

General Field: Biotechnology
Position at the Time of Case Filing: Unemployed
Country of Origin: India
Service Center: Nebraska Service Center (NSC)
State of Residence at the Time of Filing: California
Approval Notice Date: December 23rd, 2014
Processing Time: 8 Months, 9 Days (Including RFE Response Time)

Case Summary:
In this case, North America Immigration Law Group had the opportunity to work with an Indian biotechnologist whose prior work had focused specifically on enzyme and protein chemistry of  the F420H2 dependent reductase (FDR) enzymes with the novel cofactor F420 and their ability to degrade aflatoxins to save contamination and wastage of food crops and develop various pharmaceutical products required for the same.  We submitted extensive evidence of her highly significant contributions to her field, including 3 peer-reviewed journal articles in top journals and multiple conference papers and presentations. Her publications had received no fewer than 26 citations at the time we filed her case, nearly all of which came from independent researchers around the world, demonstrating that her work is widely recognized and relied upon in the field. We successfully demonstrated that her continued employment in the field would benefit both those in her field and the populace of the United States as a whole. An independent recommender attested to the importance of our client’s work: “The reduction of aflatoxins is incredibly important because aflatoxins are highly toxic and are among the most potent carcinogens. For the benefit of food processing, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection, studies like [Client’s], which study enzymes that are able to safely break down aflatoxins to nullify their harmful effects, must be continued. This area of research is important not only because it provides insight into enzyme behavior and microbiology, but because of the health issues it aids in solving.” Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience, and her NIW petition was approved in eight months and nine days.

North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com ( Also known as Chen Immigration Law Associates) is one of the major U.S. immigration law firms with the focus on the petitions of EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver), EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) and EB-1B (Outstanding Researchers/Professors) categories.
Recently, the USCIS has accelerated its case adjudicating time at the 2nd quarter of 2014, which is reflected in the number of case approvals of our firm. To be more specific, we at North America Immigration Law Group have received 29 EB1A, 9 EB1B, and 66 NIW approval notices in May, 2014. In addition, in June we have received 20 EB1A, 4 EB1B, and 45 NIW approval notices. As for July, we have received 41 EB1A, 3 EB1B, and 44 NIW approval notices. Furthermore, in August we have received 32 EB1A, 6 EB1B, and 44 NIW approval notices. Most recently, in September we have received 44 EB1A, 8 EB1B, and 78 NIW approval notices. In total, we have received more than 614 approval notices from January 2014 to September 2014, which makes us one of the leading U.S. immigration law firms with high volume of approval cases and high approval rate in EB1A, EB1B, and NIW I-140 immigration petitions.   For more information about our approved cases, please see: http://www.wegreened.com/eb1_niw_approvals   We are also pleased to announce that we have more than 600 EB1 and NIW case approvals in the year of 2013. In 2013, we got more than 516 physical approval notices of EB1 and NIW cases with the approval rate exceeding 98.5%*. In addition, we also successfully helped around 70 clients preparing their RFE (Request for Evidence) responses that were originally filed by other law firms or by DIY clients filing the cases themselves. Furthermore, we helped around 30 clients preparing their EB1B cases for their employers to file. In these cases, we are not able to get approval notices as we are not the attorney on record.
We provide the most comprehensive service for NIW and EB1 petitions, including drafting the recommendation letters (from scratch), drafting the petition letter and responding to RFE. Our staff keeps close track of the latest immigration trends and regulations of USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services), decisions of AAO (Administrative Appeal Office) and judicial review opinions. The massive collected materials contribute to the most convincing arguments and winning strategies of our firm for EB1A, EB1B, and NIW petitions.
If you are interested in filing the green card, please send your CV to law@wegreened.com for our free evaluation. Our attorneys will email you back with the evaluation result within 24 hours.

*From January to September 2014, our approval rate is 98.26% for all NIW cases and 99.62% for "Approval or Refund®" (money back guarantee) NIW cases.
* From January to September 2014, our approval rate for all EB-1 cases is 96.84% and 97.83% for our "Approval or Refund®" (money back guarantee) EB-1 cases.
