Case Summary:
In this case, the client that we had the opportunity to work with was a Senior Public Health Service Fellow from China in the field of Molecular Epidemiology.  He conducts his research on a highly specialized area focusing on HIV drug resistance, malaria drug resistance and the genetic mechanisms of the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). His work had resulted in 41 peer-reviewed scientific articles published in leading journals and numerous presentations at national and international conferences and seminars; at the time that his case was filed, his publications had been cited at least 291 times by independent and leading researchers from prestigious institutions and organizations around the world, indicating the major significance of his work.  He had also reviewed 40 manuscripts for distinctive, internationally-circulated journals.  His superior level of expertise was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “[Client’s] first major discovery came in the form of the 45-plex assay for HIVDR, a method that could test for as many as 20 different drug resistance gene mutations in the virus' DNA with a single reaction.” It was our goal to prove that our client qualified for classification as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability given that he sought to remain in the United States to continue work in the area of extraordinary ability, and that his continued research would substantially and prospectively benefit the United States. With the proof and documentation that we provided, his case was approved in 23 days.

North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com ( Also known as Chen Immigration Law Associates) is one of the major U.S. immigration law firms with the focus on the petitions of EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver), EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) and EB-1B (Outstanding Researchers/Professors) categories.
Recently, the USCIS has accelerated its case adjudicating time at the 2nd quarter of 2014, which is reflected in the number of case approvals of our firm. To be more specific, we at North America Immigration Law Group have received 29 EB1A, 9 EB1B, and 66 NIW approval notices in May, 2014. In addition, in June we have received 20 EB1A, 4 EB1B, and 45 NIW approval notices. As for July, we have received 41 EB1A, 3 EB1B, and 44 NIW approval notices. Furthermore, in August we have received 32 EB1A, 6 EB1B, and 44 NIW approval notices. Most recently, in September we have received 44 EB1A, 8 EB1B, and 78 NIW approval notices. In total, we have received more than 614 approval notices from January 2014 to September 2014, which makes us one of the leading U.S. immigration law firms with high volume of approval cases and high approval rate in EB1A, EB1B, and NIW I-140 immigration petitions.   For more information about our approved cases, please see: http://www.wegreened.com/eb1_niw_approvals   We are also pleased to announce that we have more than 600 EB1 and NIW case approvals in the year of 2013. In 2013, we got more than 516 physical approval notices of EB1 and NIW cases with the approval rate exceeding 98.5%*. In addition, we also successfully helped around 70 clients preparing their RFE (Request for Evidence) responses that were originally filed by other law firms or by DIY clients filing the cases themselves. Furthermore, we helped around 30 clients preparing their EB1B cases for their employers to file. In these cases, we are not able to get approval notices as we are not the attorney on record.
We provide the most comprehensive service for NIW and EB1 petitions, including drafting the recommendation letters (from scratch), drafting the petition letter and responding to RFE. Our staff keeps close track of the latest immigration trends and regulations of USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services), decisions of AAO (Administrative Appeal Office) and judicial review opinions. The massive collected materials contribute to the most convincing arguments and winning strategies of our firm for EB1A, EB1B, and NIW petitions.
If you are interested in filing the green card, please send your CV to law@wegreened.com for our free evaluation. Our attorneys will email you back with the evaluation result within 24 hours.

*The number of approval notice for EB1B cases is under-estimated of the total EB1B cases we successfully petitioned because many EB1B employer petitioners did not submit G-28 and we are not the attorney on the record.
*From January to September 2014, our approval rate is 98.26% for all NIW cases and 99.62% for "Approval or Refund®" (money back guarantee) NIW cases.
* From January to September 2014, our approval rate for all EB-1 cases is 96.84% and 97.83% for our "Approval or Refund®" (money back guarantee) EB-1 cases.
*The approval rate statistics only include cases that were originally filed by our law firm and exclude RFE cases that were taken over in the middle from other law firms or DIY clients.
