NIW Petition Approved for Interventional Cardiologist in Virginia in the Field of Clinical Medicine

On November 14th, 2014 We Received EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) Approval (Approval Notice) for an Interventional Cardiologist in the Field of Clinical Medicine

General Field: Clinical Medicine
Position at the Time of Case Filing: Interventional Cardiologist
Country of Origin: India
Service Center: Texas Service Center (TSC)
State of Residence at the Time of Filing: Virginia
Approval Notice Date: November 14th, 2014
Processing Time: 6 Months, 21 Days

Case Summary:
In this case we were given the opportunity to work with a cardiologist from India whose work focused on improvements to our understanding of DNA transfer in Mycobacterium, management of rare causes of myocardial infarction, and advancements in the assessment of right ventricular function. In order for his case to be successful, we showed that his continued employment in this field would benefit the field of cardiology as a whole as well as the general populace of the United States. We submitted extensive documentation of our client’s highly significant contributions to his field, including evidence of the at least 122 citations his 4 peer-reviewed journal articles had received at the time of filing. The majority of these citations were from independent researchers across the globe, indicating the wide recognition his work has received and the wide reliance upon it in the field of cardiology. An independent recommender emphasized the importance of our client’s work: “[Client] demonstrated that MPI and PTASV work well as two parameters for determining right ventricular function with Doppler echocardiograms. These results are important because they show the usefulness and efficiency of an alternative to the costly and unclear right ventricular function assessments currently in use. [Client’s] Doppler echocardiographic method provides a safe and affordable way for providing diagnoses and prognoses for patients suffering from heart and lung disease, effectively improving the health of nation [sic].” Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. His NIW petition was approved in six months and twenty-one days.

North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com ( Also known as Chen Immigration Law Associates) is one of the major U.S. immigration law firms with the focus on the petitions of EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver), EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) and EB-1B (Outstanding Researchers/Professors) categories.
Recently, the USCIS has accelerated its case adjudicating time at the 2nd quarter of 2014, which is reflected in the number of case approvals of our firm. To be more specific, we at North America Immigration Law Group have received 29 EB1A, 9 EB1B, and 66 NIW approval notices in May, 2014. In addition, in June we have received 20 EB1A, 4 EB1B, and 45 NIW approval notices. As for July, we have received 41 EB1A, 3 EB1B, and 44 NIW approval notices. In 2013, we got more than 516 physical approval notices of EB1 and NIW cases with the approval rate exceeding 98.5%*. In addition, we also successfully helped around 70 clients preparing their RFE (Request for Evidence) responses that were originally filed by other law firms or by DIY clients filing the cases themselves. Furthermore, we helped around 30 clients preparing their EB1B cases for their employers to file. In these cases, we are not able to get approval notices as we are not the attorney on record.
We provide the most comprehensive service for NIW and EB1 petitions, including drafting the recommendation letters (from scratch), drafting the petition letter and responding to RFE. Our staff keeps close track of the latest immigration trends and regulations of USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services), decisions of AAO (Administrative Appeal Office) and judicial review opinions. The massive collected materials contribute to the most convincing arguments and winning strategies of our firm for EB1A, EB1B, and NIW petitions.
