Here we were pleased to work with a postdoctoral research associate from China, working on nuclear physics, as well as helping with the development of powerful tools for research in nuclear physics. When we filed the case, our client was already the first author of 12 peer-reviewed scientific articles and co-author on over 50 more, in addition to his involvement in numerous conference presentations on both a national and international level. This understanding is critical not only to the scientific community, but to the community at large in their quest for understanding the larger macrocosm around them.” With the extensive proof and documentation of all of this that we provided, we successfully proved that our client qualified for classification as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability and should be permitted to remain in the United States to continue work in that area of extraordinary ability, as his continued research would substantially and prospectively benefit the United States.
