Unemployed Client in the Field of Optics in Pennsylvania Receives EB-1A Approval

Client’s Testimonial:

Yes, I highly recommend WeGreened! I got the EB-1A approval by hiring WeGreened. WeGreened gave very detailed evaluation before signing the agreement. Then WeGreened studied and prepared my case precisely, efficiently, and successfully ! Even when the NOID came, they took their responsibility immediately and fight against unfair judgement timely! They are extremely reliable! What I did in the whole process was to prepare basic information under their professional instruction and asked for signing recommendation letters from my recommenders. My story tells me that if your CV deserves, your dream will come true with WeGreened's great service!

On October 28th, 2014, We Received Another EB1-A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) Approval for a Client Who Was Seeking Employment in the Field of Optics at the Time of Filing (Approval Notice)

General Field: Optics
Position at the Time of Case Filing: Without Employment
Country of Origin: China
Service Center: Texas Service Center (TSC)
State of Residence at the Time of Filing: Pennsylvania
Approval Notice Date: October 28th, 2014
Processing Time: 2 Months, 2 Days (Including NOID Response Time; Premium Processing Requested)

Case Summary:
Here we were given the opportunity to represent a client from China whose research had focused on the highly specialized topic of photonics and photonic crystals. He had produced 27 peer-reviewed scientific articles which were consistently published in prestigious, high-impact journals; these publications had received at least 301 citations from leading researchers around the world at the time that we filed his case, substantiating the major significance of his work. He had also reviewed 23 manuscripts for at least 9 distinctive, internationally-circulated journals. An independent recommender asserted his superior expertise: “[Client’s] work in this area gave us the first demonstration of large area fabrication of diamond symmetry photonic crystals by laser interference lithography… Before [Client’s] work on this project, what we knew about the fabrication of diamond symmetry photonic crystals was purely theoretical. With his work in this area, we have made a significant leap forward in regard to this technology, the benefits of which will very substantial.” It was our goal to prove that our client qualified for classification as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability given that he sought to remain in the United States to continue work in the area of extraordinary ability, and that his continued research would substantially and prospectively benefit the United States. With the proof and documentation that we provided, and our quick and effective response to the NOID he received, his case was approved in two months and two days.

North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com ( Also known as Chen Immigration Law Associates) is one of the major U.S. immigration law firms with the focus on the petitions of EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver), EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) and EB-1B (Outstanding Researchers/Professors) categories.
Recently, the USCIS has accelerated its case adjudicating time at the 2nd quarter of 2014, which is reflected in the number of case approvals of our firm. To be more specific, we at North America Immigration Law Group have received 29 EB1A, 9 EB1B, and 66 NIW approval notices in May, 2014. In addition, in June we have received 20 EB1A, 4 EB1B, and 45 NIW approval notices. As for July, we have received 41 EB1A, 3 EB1B, and 44 NIW approval notices. Furthermore, in August we have received 32 EB1A, 6 EB1B, and 44 NIW approval notices. Most recently, in September we have received 44 EB1A, 8 EB1B, and 78 NIW approval notices. In total, we have received more than 614 approval notices from January 2014 to September 2014, which makes us one of the leading U.S. immigration law firms with high volume of approval cases and high approval rate in EB1A, EB1B, and NIW I-140 immigration petitions.   For more information about our approved cases, please see: http://www.wegreened.com/eb1_niw_approvals   We are also pleased to announce that we have more than 600 EB1 and NIW case approvals in the year of 2013. In 2013, we got more than 516 physical approval notices of EB1 and NIW cases with the approval rate exceeding 98.5%*. In addition, we also successfully helped around 70 clients preparing their RFE (Request for Evidence) responses that were originally filed by other law firms or by DIY clients filing the cases themselves. Furthermore, we helped around 30 clients preparing their EB1B cases for their employers to file. In these cases, we are not able to get approval notices as we are not the attorney on record.
We provide the most comprehensive service for NIW and EB1 petitions, including drafting the recommendation letters (from scratch), drafting the petition letter and responding to RFE. Our staff keeps close track of the latest immigration trends and regulations of USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services), decisions of AAO (Administrative Appeal Office) and judicial review opinions. The massive collected materials contribute to the most convincing arguments and winning strategies of our firm for EB1A, EB1B, and NIW petitions.

*The number of physical approval notice of EB1B cases are under-estimated because many EB1B employer petitioners did not submit G28 and we are not the attorneys on the record.
*As of December 2013, the approval rate is 98.5 % for all NIW cases and 100% for guaranteed NIW cases.
*As of December 2013, the approval rate for all EB1 cases is 95% and 99% for our guaranteed EB1 cases.
*The approval rate statistics only include cases that were originally filed by our law firm and exclude RFE cases that were taken over in the middle from other law firms or from DIY clients.
