We are pleased to announce the approval of an NIW petition for a software developer from Japan performing cutting-edge work on Internet Communications, including security and transportation protocols. Her continued employment in the field will benefit the rest of her field as well as the general populace of the United States, as we demonstrated through the extensive documentation we submitted. She had produced 8 peer-reviewed conference papers, numerous non-peer-reviewed conference papers, and 3 patents, and her work had been cited at least 99 times when we filed her case, demonstrating the wide recognition of and reliance upon her work within the field of Internet Communications.
