Case Summary:
Approximately three weeks after we filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a postdoctoral scholar from China, he opted to upgrade his case to be adjudicated under Premium Processing. From start to end, our client only waited 35 days for an approval from Nebraska Service Center.
With a Ph.D. in in Geological Sciences and extensive experience in the field of atmospheric sciences, our client had suitable credentials to file his case under EB-1A. His research efforts focus on the transport patterns and behavior of pollutants and aerosols in the atmosphere, rainfall and drought change in Amazonia, as well as the function and properties of clouds. We demonstrated that his findings help other researchers understand how pollutants behave and affect the quality of the atmosphere, as well as droughts related to climate change, which have important environmental applications in the United States and around the world.
Besides carefully detailing our client’s research ventures, we also incorporated his citation and peer review record into our EB-1A petition.
