Case Summary:
A postdoctoral fellow from China hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on his behalf. Our client’s research focuses on better understanding the mechanisms behind a number of autoimmune diseases such as vasculitis, lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, as well as osteoarthritis and allergy. As his immigration attorney, we were tasked with compiling and submitting a persuasive EB-1A petition packet to the USCIS, which we did skillfully and effectively.
