Case Summary:
A postdoctoral researcher from China reached out to North America Immigration Law Group for help with his EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition. Although our client had very strong credentials, he needed our expertise to carefully compile his professional accomplishments into a petition packet and submit it to the USCIS.
Six days after we filed our client’s EB-1A petition, he decided that he wanted his case to be adjudicated under Premium Processing (PP). For an additional $1,225, the USCIS reviews and takes action on petitions filed under PP within 15 days.
