Client’s Testimonial:
“That's great news! Thank you very much for your meticulous work on my petition. I will surely recommend your services to my friends and colleagues. I will also try to get the word [out] on online forums too.”

On March 8th, 2016, we received another EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) approval for a Senior Postdoctoral Associate in the Field of Physics (Approval Notice).

Case Summary:
North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) had the pleasure of helping a senior postdoctoral associate from India file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition. Largely due to Premium Processing, our client received an approval notice merely 21 days later.
Our comprehensive petition packet was comprised of a wealth of information related to our client’s illustrious career. We documented his achievements from the time he pursued his Masters in Physics to the point we filed the EB-1A petition on his behalf. Here are several of the key points that were included in our petition packet:
  • Research Ventures: One of the most important aspects of our presentation had to do with our client’s work and the benefits it offers to the United States. We documented his experimental approaches in nuclear physics, particularly on solving problems related to nucleon (proton or neutron) spin.
  • Citation and Publication Count: Using Google Scholar as a main reference, we listed the 869 times our client’s work was cited by other researchers. We also detailed his publication record: his 30 full-length scientific articles, several conference presentations, and conference proceedings.
  • Peer Review Experience: As only respected researchers are invited to conduct peer reviews for scientific journals, we were sure to note the 3 times our client conducted such reviews. We used this as evidence that his work is recognized by other scholars in the field of physics.
To bolster our EB-1A petition packet, we incorporated several recommendation letters provided by other influential physicists. These letters furnished the USCIS with solid proof that our client’s insights are highly regarded by the scientific community. For example, one of these experts stated that “[Client’s] new technique is exceptionally important to the field of nuclear physics. Although scientists have been trying to understand the origins of nucleon (proton or neutron) spin approximately the past 30 years, only recently they were able to make significant progress towards achieving this goal. [Client's] experimental work, as described previously, is currently the only study available in the world on neutron transverse spin – which is an important component of the overall nucleon spin.”
We would like to congratulate our client for surpassing this significant hurdle in the green card process, and we wish him the best as he awaits a decision on his I-485 application. Once this is approved, our client will obtain his green card.
