Case Summary:

In this EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) case, a postdoctoral associate from Bangladesh hired North America Immigration Law Group to file an I-140 petition on his behalf. As our client opted to file his case under Premium Processing, he received an approval notice merely 12 days later.
In preparing our EB-1A petition, we encouraged our client to gather recommendation letters from experts in his field of chemical engineering. The five letters that he procured attested to the significance of his research to the United States. For instance, one of these letters stated that “[Client] is a top-tier contributor to the field of chemical engineering, and his research has had a concrete and significant impact on both the scientific community and U.S. society as a whole.” We also demonstrated that our client’s work offers other scientists important insights regarding nanomaterials synthesis and characterization, the treatment of wastewater using nanotechnology, nanomaterials for bio-applications, and the crystallization, formulation, and manufacture of pharmaceutical drugs.
We further bolstered our EB-1A petition by highlighting our client’s professional achievements: his 16 peer-reviewed scientific articles, the nearly 600 citations his work had gathered at the time of filing, and the 30 times he assessed the work of other chemical engineers. We are pleased that our diligent efforts advocated our client’s EB-1A approval. We thank him for selecting our firm to represent his case.
