Case Summary:
With a Ph.D. in Immunology and an M.D., our client undoubtedly possesses the technical and theoretical know-how to carry out complex research projects in the field of immunology. Born in China, our client is currently a postdoctoral fellow working in the field of immunology. She hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help her file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition, which we did to the best of our abilities. Largely thanks to Premium Processing, Nebraska Service Center granted their approval merely 9 days after we filed the case.
In preparing the EB-1A petition, we gave evidence of our client’s impressive citation and publication record, which at the time of filing stood at 231 and 23 respectively. To further fortify our petition, we also accounted for our client’s extensive peer review experience, which at the time amounted to 30 instances. Furthermore, we went to great lengths to understand and meticulously detail her research projects on microbial infections, such as SARS and tuberculosis. Expanding on what we learned, we demonstrated to the USCIS that our client’s research is important to the United States medical sector.
Our petition dossier was further strengthened when we included the six recommendation letters that our client obtained from fellow specialists in her field. These letters supplied us with further proof that our client is an asset to the United States. For instance, these are some of the things our client’s recommenders had to say about her:
“[Client] showed an extraordinary talent for innovation throughout these studies, and she is truly a leader in the field of immunology. Other researchers rely on [Client] to continue that leadership role; without her, progress in key areas of our discipline will be in jeopardy.”
“… [Client’s] research has been valuable to immunologists worldwide, as is clear from her journal acceptance and her citation record.”
“I can attest that [Client] is an exceptional researcher whose experience and knowledge is unparalleled in the field of immunology.”
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our client for selecting us to represent her EB-1A case, and we wish her well with her future investigations.
