Our client opted to upgrade his case to be reviewed under Premium Processing (it allows for a significant reduction in the amount of time the USCIS spends on case adjudication) and he received an approval notice not long after.
The comprehensive petition packet our legal team put together contained persuasive evidence of the advantages of our client’s research to the United States. For instance, his development of novel methods for protein digestion, identification, enrichment, and quantification has provided powerful tools for future proteomic and biomedical studies addressing cancers, neurological conditions, and several more of the nation’s most devastating medical conditions.
