Case Summary:

A postdoctoral research associate from China hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on his behalf. Our client opted to upgrade his case to be reviewed under Premium Processing (it allows for a significant reduction in the amount of time the USCIS spends on case adjudication) and he received an approval notice not long after.
The comprehensive petition packet our legal team put together contained persuasive evidence of the advantages of our client’s research to the United States. For instance, his development of novel methods for protein digestion, identification, enrichment, and quantification has provided powerful tools for future proteomic and biomedical studies addressing cancers, neurological conditions, and several more of the nation’s most devastating medical conditions. We also chronicled our client’s 16 published papers that had gathered over 300 citations and the 28 times he assessed the work of other analytical chemists. To further bolster our EB-1A case, we led our client to reach out to other experts in his field of analytical chemistry and requested recommendation letters from them. Several experts consented, one of whom wrote, “[Client’s] research has been monumental and has provided critical insights regarding the improvement of proteomics and biomedical research tools that are important to researchers around the world. [Client’s] research has improved these areas significantly, and his work provides lasting benefits.”
We would like to thank our client for choosing our firm to represent his case. This EB-1A approval is yet another example of North America Immigration Law Group’s dedication to helping all our clients obtain permanent residency.
