Case Summary:

“Given the need to sustain the recent economic growth, it is paramount that every effort be made to take full advantage of human capital like [Client], whose research findings have proven helpful for such growth. This is similarly true given the need to protect the natural environment from additional damage”
The statement above is one of many made by several materials scientists who contributed recommendation letters in support of our client’s EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) case. Our client, a teaching assistant from Iran, hired North America Immigration Law Group to help him file an I-140 petition.
Our meticulous presentation of our client’s achievements was composed, in part, of carefully worded descriptions of his research on nano-bio sensors, surface engineering, and the solvent extraction of metals, the 12 citations that his 3 publications had gathered, and a copy of his master’s degree. We proved to the USCIS that our client’s research efforts are contributing to the United States’ interests in national security, food safety, preventative medicine, environmental protection, government efficiency, and economic growth. We also established that not many other scientists with similar skillsets can attain the level of influence in the field the way our client has.
We would like to thank our client for selecting our firm to represent his NIW case, and we are glad that he has passed this first hurdle in the green card process. We wish him all the best with his I-485 application (the final step towards permanent residency).
