Case Summary:

“In conclusion, [Client] has made indispensable achievements in modern power system congestion management technology. Without the contributions elaborated upon in this letter, the United States would undoubtedly possess a weaker understanding of efficient wind generation placement, or any type of energy generation placement for that matter.”
This quote is taken from one of six recommendations letters supplied by expert electrical engineers. We included these letters in our client’s EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition that we submitted to the USCIS, who took a little over five months to adjudicate the case.
Our client, a graduate research assistant from Iran, has an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and 61 citations to his 9 publications. Although he had very strong qualifications, he needed North America Immigration Law Group’s help to polish his presentation and present a strong case to the USCIS. Besides carefully documenting our client’s professional credentials, we also described his work on the management of power systems, including his approaches to simulate changes and develop calculation procedures to quickly assess settings. We demonstrated that our client’s research contributes to the United States power industry, renewable energy efforts, and environmental protection programs. We also proved that not many others who share our client’s background has accomplished what he has.
In short, our thorough I-140 presentation played an important role in our client’s case approval. We wish him the best in his continued research efforts in the field of electrical engineering.
