Case Summary:
A research assistant from Iran engaged the services of North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help her obtain a green card. With an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and 173 citations to her work, she had strong credentials to qualify for EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver). Our client chose to file her I-485 while her I-140 was pending (there are two steps to getting a green card: I-140 petition and I-485 application).
