Case Summary:

North America Immigration Law Group recently helped a university submit an EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers) petition on behalf of a research associate. As our client wished to file under Premium Processing, the I-140 approval was issued a mere four days later.
Our client earned his Master’s in Medicinal Chemistry from a top university in his birth country of India, while his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences came from a renowned American university. He has led various research projects, all of which focused on the design and development of novel pharmaceutical tools for the treatment of various neurological diseases, including neurogenic hypertension and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). In our carefully prepared petition packet, we established that his findings are essential to the United States because they shed light on the causes of these conditions, as well as test the efficacy of proposed treatments in clinical settings.
North America Immigration Law Group demonstrated our client’s influence in his field of pharmaceutical science in part by detailing his 149 citations and 10 published scientific articles. We also incorporated several recommendation letters written by professionals in his field. According to one of the letters, “[Client] is one of the finest researchers in the fields of neuropharmacology and targeted drug delivery, and his scientific work has rightly earned him international acclaim. [Client’s] experience with in vivo and in vitro pharmacology techniques has allowed him to make invaluable contributions to the research community […] Because [Client] continues to support the field of medicine in important ways, I believe that his host institution […] and the wider scientific community in the United States and beyond will benefit greatly from his continued academic contributions.”
We would like to thank our client for selecting us to represent his case. The approval of this EB-1B petition is another example of North America Immigration Law Group’s excellent record of helping our clients obtain green cards.
