Case Summary:

A cardiology fellow from India hired North America Immigration Law Group to file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. Less than four months after we filed the case, we received an approval notice from the USCIS.
Our client’s research focuses on the mechanisms of atherosclerosis, the development of sensitive cardiac imaging techniques, and expanded application of various treatments for cardiovascular diseases. In our thorough petition dossier, we demonstrated the importance of our client’s work to the United States’ healthcare practices and the well-being of its populace. We also established that not many cardiology fellows can achieve the same level of success that our client has. As part of our comprehensive services, we helped out client select which specialists in his field to contact for support. Six experts obliged by contributing recommendation letters. One of these letters stated, “The national relevance of [Client’s] research is obvious, but it is worth further discussion. The United States is notorious for its high rates of cardiovascular disease, and this rate has consistently increased over the past few years. Hence, [Client’s] investigations of preventative and interventional methods is important for defending the health of the public and extending the lifespans of at-risk individuals.” We further demonstrated the importance of our client’s insights to other experts in the field by documenting his advanced degrees, and his 14 publications that had gathered 39 citations at the time of filing.
The combination of our diligent efforts and our client’s credentials resulted in his EB-2 NIW petition approval. We join our client in celebrating this occasion.
