Case Summary:

A lab analyst from India hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him secure a green card. His 23 published papers that had gathered 174 citations, 40 instances of peer review service, and extensive experience advancing modern catalysis and advancing “sustainable development” and “green chemistry” made him a suitable candidate for EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability).
As part of our services, we demonstrated that our client is one of the most accomplished chemists within his field of chemistry. We also proved that his findings are essential to the advancement of the United States’ scientific community, as well as to the nation as a whole. We further fortified the EB-1A petition by advising our client to reach out to other influential chemists for recommendation letters. Seven of these experts obliged, one of whom wrote, “Each of [Client’s] projects has provided beneficial and significant information to other researchers, industry professionals, and governmental agencies. His work developing alternative uses for chlorinated organic molecules was an industry-first and has pointed subsequent studies in the right direction toward achieving a noble objective.”
Our client not only chose to upgrade his I-140 (first step in the green card process) to Premium Processing (PP), he also filed his I-485 (second step in the process) concurrently. PP resulted in rapid adjudication by the USCIS, who granted their approval 21 days after we filed the I-140 on our client’s behalf. Our client then received his I-485 approval notice not long after. We would like to congratulate our client on obtaining his permanent residency, and we wish him the best in his continued research here in the United States.
