Success Stories: NIW Petition Approved for Research Assistant Professor in Pennsylvania in the Field of Engineering

Client’s Testimonial:
First and foremost, I would like to thank Chen Immigration Law Associates for the successful outcome of my NIW petition. Chen's group has been professional, knowledgeable and timely throughout the entire process and I am very happy to be among those people that are in the position to publicly praise their work.

I want to add that I would have been happy to write an extremely positive review even in the case my petition had not been approved. From day one, in fact, my case was followed closely and each and every single one of my questions or requests was thoroughly and timely addressed, even when they were not fully related to specifics of the case.

I wish I knew more people to whom I could recommend Chen's Immigration Law Associates. I truly hope that they will continue to provide such impressive service in the future.

Thank you!!!

“[Client’s] research thus presents fundamental advancements in environmental research that are beneficial to numerous other fields, including earth sciences, agricultural sciences, environmental engineering, and civil engineering.”
This quote is excerpted from a recommendation letter contributed by a well-known professor in the field of engineering. This letter, and several others that our client obtained, highlighted our client’s research projects and their importance to the scientific community. These letters were part of the comprehensive EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition packet that North America Immigration Law Group compiled and submitted to the USCIS on our client’s behalf.
Our client (an Italian research assistant professor) has a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, 9 publications that had gathered 60 citations at the time of filing, and extensive experience researching hydrology and water resources. As the attorney-on-record, we thoroughly presented the value of our client’s work to the United States, specifically to water conservation efforts as well as to the restoration of the Everglades. We demonstrated that he qualified for the national interest waiver, and that only a handful of other engineers can attain such meritorious research results.
This EB-2 NIW petition approval is another encouraging example of our law firm’s dedication to helping our clients obtain permanent residency. We thank our client for selecting us to represent his NIW case.
