Case Summary:

In this EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) case, our client was a research assistant specializing in the field of chemical engineering. Among other things, he is investigating the size of drops in a horizontal mixer-settler with and without additives, breakthrough curves for citric acid adsorption from aqueous solution onto ion-exchange resins at various temperatures, and RTIL-membranes to separate carbon dioxide from permanent gases. Not only did North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) establish that only a few researchers can produce results of the same caliber as our client, we also demonstrated the significance of his research to the United States’ regulatory carbon-capture goals and environmental protection efforts.
Our EB-2 NIW petition dossier was comprised of information on our client’s 12 publications that had gathered 35 citations, his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, and six recommendation letters provided by experts in his field. One of these experts wrote, “… [Client] is one of the most eminent chemical engineers of today, producing work that is important to a variety of U.S. industries, from biotechnology and pharmaceuticals to the petro-chemical and food industries.”
Our legal team’s meticulous efforts played a role in the speedy adjudication of our client’s I-140 petition (the USCIS only spent a little over two months processing the case). We would like to thank our client for choosing us to represent him, and we wish him the best in his continued investigations.
