Case Summary:

A postdoctoral research associate from Iran hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. Our client conducts research in the field of power engineering and is well-known for his work on hybrid and electric vehicles technologies. As his attorney-on-record, we meticulously prepared a petition dossier that exhibited the importance of his work to the United States’ electrical infrastructure. We also proved that not many other power engineers with similar skillsets are able to attain the level of success that our client has.
When we filed our client’s I-140, his 14 published scientific articles had accumulated over 50 citations. We further fortified his EB-2 NIW case by advising him to collect letters of support offered by experts in his field. These letters were included in our petition packet and played a part in obtaining the USCIS’ approval. One such letter read, “[Client’s] pioneering work in this field is necessary to best facilitate the shift from gasoline power to electric & hybrid power, a shift that is greatly needed, as it will drastically reduce pollution and the massive costs of accruing petroleum from overseas.”
Our client recently retained our services for his I-485 application. We thank him for his continued trust in allowing us to assist him with the final step in the green card process.
